Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: mandibular premolar indicated for orthodontic extraction

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients not giving informed consent medically compromised patients patients allergic to LA or its constituents fractured teeth teeth having more than one root canal
