Inclusion criteria: All patients undergoing any type of surgical procedure under anesthesia [General, Spinal, Epidural, Regional Block and Monitored Anesthesia Care (MAC)]

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients undergoing procedures under local anesthesia.
