Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA grade 1 , 2 and 3. Elective endoscopic procedure in supine/lateral position. Mouth opening 2-3 finger and MPG 1 and 2. Patients to be kept nil by mouth for 6 hours for solid and 2 hours for clear liquid.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Parients of of age 60 years. ASA grade 4 and 5. Restricted mouth opening and MPG 3,4. Adults posted for emergency procedures and not Nil by mouth Patients undergoing endoscopy procedures in prone position Pregnant and lactating females
