Inclusion criteria: Patients needing Flexible Nasopharyngo-laryngoscope (FNP-LS) procedure viz 1. Adenoid enlargement 2. Assessment of pharyngeal collapse in obstructive sleep apnea 3. Laryngeal diseases and disorders 4. Tracheal conditions

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic to Xylocaine 2. Bleeding disorders 3. Mentally retarded persons
