Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults visiting Clinical Nutrition Department after undergoing Health Check in Sakra World Hospital, Bengaluru 2. Young & Middle aged adults- 20-50 year living in Bengaluru 3. Adults having Metabolic Syndrome as defined by NCEP ATP III (2005 revision) 4. Willing to participate in the study and given written consent
