Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adult female with OAB symptoms (frequency, urgency, nocturia with or without urgency incontinence.)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Any UTI, cancer, neurologic disease, space occupying lesion in pelvis, hypertension, angioedema, asthma, chronic ulcerative stomatitis, bladder outlet obstruction, patient on digoxin, drugs metabolized by CYP2D6 (e.g. metoprolol, desipramine), history of overreaction to NSAIDs, pregnancy, lactation etc.
