Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Eyes having intumescent cataract undergoing FLACS. Potential eyes will be subjected to Anterior Segment OCT (MS39® AS-OCT CSO Italia) to assess the following criteria, if 2/4 criteria of the following 4 criteria are met patient will be labelled as Intumescent cataract: 1) Anterior Chamber Depth (ACD) 2) Trabecular Iris Angle (TIA) 3) Angle Opening Distance (AOD) of 4) Lens thickness (LT) >4.5 mm with fluid pockets

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients having extremely Small pupil 2. Small sockets 3. Patients having deep set eyes 4. Patients having subluxated cataract or traumatic cataract 5. Patients below 18 years of age
