Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cataract or presbyopia/pre-presbyopia who did not want to wear reading glasses aged over 40 years undergoing phacoemulsification with bilateral MFIOL implantation using either of of the following MFIOL/Toric MFIOL technologies: Bifocal/Trifocal/EDOF 2. Patients fluent in reading English language 3. Willingness to participate in follow up studies

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with unilateral MFIOL implantation 2. Patients with previous refractive surgery 3. Coexisting pathology, such as amblyopia, keratoconus, corneal endothelial dystrophy, chronic or recurrent uveitis 4. Acute ocular disease or external/internal infection 5. Diabetes mellitus with retinal changes, glaucoma and choroidal hemorrhage will be excluded
