Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Health sciences students 2.Age group 18-30 3.Chronic spinal pain more than 3 months 4.Subjects willing to participate in study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Traumatic spinal pain 2. Specific medical condition, possibly related to their pain(eg neuropathic pain, history of back or neck surgery in the past 3 years, vertebral fractures and rheumatologic diseases. 3. Subjects with chronic widespread syndromes(eg. Fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome)
