Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Blood from healthy volunteers without platelet disorder for the preparation of A-PRF+. Teeth sample indicated for extraction due to orthodontic reasons or impacted third molars.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Teeth indicated for extraction due to periodontal reasons.
