Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Chronic mechanical low back pain of more than 3 months without pain radiation to lower extremities. 2.Positive slump test 3.Age group- 20 to 60 years 4.Both male and female participants.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Tumours, skin infections. 2.Spinal fractures, cauda-equina syndrome. 3.Pregnant patients. 4.Patients with previous lumbar surgery. 5.Psychologically unstable patients. 6.Non co-operative patients.
