Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: diagnosed with cerebral palsy with spastic diplegia normal to mild MR grade 2 or grade 3 spasticity on modified ashworth scale able to stand and sit with support dynamic equinus deformity

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: previous surgery to tendoachilles or subtalar joint any contracture of bilateral lower limb moderate to profound MR any systemic illness allergic to botulinum toxin injection patient attendant not willing to participate local skin lesion drugs contraindicated with botulinum toxin
