Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient having specific signs and symptoms of Karnasrava (C.S.O.M.) on Ayurvedic and modern parameters.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age below 7 years and above 6o years, Systemic diseases like uncontrolled DM, Meningitis, Tuberculosis, HTN etc, History of long term intake of Ototoxic drugs,Pregnant women, C.S.O.M. with complications likeâ?? acute mastoiditis, petrositis, facial paralysis, adenoids, tonsillitis, labyrinthitis etc, Traumatic perforation of tympanic membrane.
