Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age above 18 years. 2. Chronic Periodontitis according to 2017 classification given by Jack G. Caton Et Al. 3. Radiographic Evidence of bone loss.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant and lactating women. 2. Patients with the habit of smoking and alcoholism. 3. Patients who underwent Periodontal therapy in the last 6 months; antibiotic and/or anti-inflammatory drug regimen before the study

MeasureTime frame
It is Expected That there will be alterations in NEUTROPHILS-LYMPHOCTES RATIO and PLATELETS-LYMPHOCTES RATIO and WBC count after treatment. It may decrease the inflammatory load by scaling-root planing without using any anti-inflammatory or antibiotic drug and mouthwash. Timepoint: Baseline 3 weeks
