Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age group 18-50 years. 2. Subjects who are apparently healthy. 3. Presence of Millerâ??s Class I or II gingival recession. 4. Width of keratinized gingiva (KGW) >=2 mm. 5. Presence of identifiable cemento-enamel junction (CEJ) and 6. Absence of caries and restorations and furcation involvement in the treated area. 7. Patients who are willing to give informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients taking any medication or drug that could jeopardize treatment outcome. 2. Wasting diseases 3. Smokers 4. Pregnant or lactating females 5. Drug and alcohol abuse.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To determine the percentage of root coverage achieved by using coronally advanced flap with and without concentrated growth factor membrane. Timepoint: 2 weeks, 3 months, 6 months

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1. To evaluate and compare recession depth, recession width, keratinized gingival width and gingival thickness in both the groups. 2. To evaluate and compare the wound healing in both the groups.Timepoint: 2 weeks, 3 months & 6 months
