Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients age range of > 18 years 2. Patients with probing pocket depth >3mm and with Clinical Attachment Loss Ã¢â?°Â¥3mm in two non- adjacent teeth8 3. Posterior teeth will be taken into account of both right and left side of maxilla and mandible 4. Plaque Index >20% 5. Generalized bleeding on probing 6. Patients with healthy periodontium 7. Radiographic evidence of bone loss with IOPAR/OPG

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are systemically ill 2. Patients having any sought of attrition, Temporomandibular joint disorders 3. Patients having any deleterious habits. 4. lactating and pregnant women; tooth mobility 5. Patients who underwent periodontal treatment in last 6 months 6. Patients who are on medications that effect the status of periodontium
