Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: o Participants fulfilling diagnostic criteria (ACR criteria for Osteoarthritis of Knee) 1. Knee pain for most days of prior month 2. Osteophytes at joint margins + Any one of the following Age � 50 years old Crepitus on active joint motion Stiffness o Age : 51yrs - 70yrs o BMI : o Sex : No discrimination o Participants willing to give written informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: o Surgical intervention of knee joint o Fracture and dislocation of the knee joint o Co-morbidities such as RA, Gouty arthritis, psoriatic arthritis o Other major systemic diseases o Uncontrolled Diabetes, HTN & Dyslipidemia o Pregnant and lactating women o Severe disabling arthritis (including wheelchair bound) o Patients on medication likely to influence efficacy evaluation
