Interventions

Intervention1: Pulse pressure variation: Pulse pressure variation guided fluid therapy is used in adult neurosurgical patients compared to the conventional fluid management.

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Adult patients above the age of 18 years 2. ASA Grade I and II posted for elective supratentorial surgeries. 3. Either Gender

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients under the age of 18 years 2.Patients having other comorbidities 3.Patients of known case of asthma, chronic uncontrolled diabetes and hypertension. 4.Patients having cardiac arrhythmias and end stage renal disease. 5.Tumors causing diabetes insipidus faltering the urine output estimations 6.Obese patients [BMI >40] 7.Pregnant patients 8.Non-consenting patients. 9.Emergency surgeries.
