Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients under American society of Anesthesiologists grade I,II & III. 2.Patients with Modified Mallampati clss I & II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with mouth opening 2.Patiets with anticipated difficult airway. 3.Patiets with big sized goiters with history suggestive of obstructive symptoms or retrosternal extension. 4.Patients with cervical spine pathology or oral pathology. 5.Pregnant patients.
