Inclusion criteria: 1)PATIENT FULFILLING THE DIAGNOSTIC CRITERIA WHICH ARE BASED ON SIGN AND SYMPTOMS OF KARNASRAVA AS WELL AS C.S.O.M. 2)PATIENTS WHO ARE INDICATED FOR SHIROVIRECHANA.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)AGE LESS THAN 18 YEARS AND MORE THAN 70 YEARS. 2)PATIENT SUFFERING FROM SYSTEMIC DISEASES LIKE 3)DIABETES, MALIGNANCY, HIV, ETC. 4)PATIENT HAVING -OTITIS EXTERNA -ECZEMATOUS OTITIS EXTERNA -FURUNCULOSIS IN EAR -FUNGAL INFECTION -GRANULOMA -POLYP -A.S.O.M -ATTICO-ANTRAL TYPE OF C.S.O.M. 5)PATIENTS WHO ARE CONTRAINDICATED FOR SHIROVIRECHANA
