Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age >18 years ASA I, II and III Posted for elective/emergency above knee lower limb surgery
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patientâ??s refusal Patient having contraindications for Sub-arachnoid block Coagulopathy evidenced by history and laboratory investigations Infection at injection site Allergy to local anaesthetic drugs Patients receiving CSE block for Lower Limb surgeries Diabetic neuropathy & other neurological deficits in lower limb

| Duration of analgesia- Defined as the time from shifting the patient to PACU to the time of first requirement of rescue analgesic at VAS â?¥4. Numerical Rating Scale (NRS) postoperatively at 3,6,12 & 24hrs (where the time zero will be time of block).
