Intervention1: LM scale potency of Individualized homoeopathic medicines: LM scale potency ranging from 0/1 to 0/30 and doses ranging from once a week to three times a day according to susceptibility

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Girls who have attained menarche for more than equal to 2 years 2.According to Rotterdamâ??s diagnostic criteria of PCOS, patients having any of the two out of three of following criteria will be included a. Oligo-ovulation or Anovulation represented as any kind of menstrual irregularity b. Clinical or Biochemical signs of Hyperandrogenism c. Morphology of polycystic ovaries on Ultrasound imaging 3. Only diagnosed cases of PCOS will be enrolled as per diagnostic criteria - Patients whose investigations have been done during last 2 months before enrollment will be considered valid. 4. Patients who are off allopathic medications (hormones) for minimum of 4 weeks will be included in study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Females having systemic disorders like androgen excess syndrome, cushing syndrome, diabetes mallitus
