Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 100 patients Of American society of anaesthesiologists grade I/II, aged 20-60 years, weighing 40-75 kg, posted for elective operative procedures of duration 30 minute to 3 hours.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: patients with ASA 3 & 4, consent refusal, psychiatric illness, language barrier, pregnancy or known allergy to propofol or its emulsion, patients on regular sedatives or narcotic medications, emergency surgeries.
