Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients admitted to emergency room for resuscitation with heart rate more than 120/ min and Revised Trauma Score of 7 - 8(4 when weighing factor included).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with pregnancy, Known cases of chronic renal disease and liver disease,Abnormal coagulation profile,On going blood loss .

pH , Base excess and Serum sodium bicarbonate .Timepoint: Till 24 hrs after resuscitation

MeasureTime frame
Hemodynamic parameters , Serum electrolytes and Renal function test .Timepoint: Till 24hrs after resuscitation.
