Intervention1: Pulsed electromagnetic field device: 1-2 hours per day for 7 days Control Intervention1: Muscle relaxants and analgesics: Tab. Myospas Th twice daily for 7 days

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age criteria between 20 to 50 years Both male and female patients are included Dull regional pain in the face persisting for more than 1 month in the Temperomandibular region Patients with tenderness in the muscles of mastication.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient who are not willing to participate in the study. Neurologic or psychiatric disorders, Pain attributable to recent trauma Recent dental surgery Neoplasia Dental pain . Pregnant women. Patient with cardiac pacemaker.
