Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Students using smartphone for minimum 2 hours/day 2. Numeric Pain Rating Scale (NPRS) value between 4 to 7 out of 10 on palpation of upper trapezius. 3. Participants with minimum of one palpable nodule in upper trapezius 4. SAS-SV 31 for boys and 33 for girls 4. Participants having no pain in neck on rest or movement 5. Participants willing to sign the written inform consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants having active Trigger point 2. Recent history of trauma or fracture in cervical spine. 3. Skin disease around part to be treated. 4. Participants on any anti-inflammatory drugs 5. Sensory Disturbance near treating part
