Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patient suffering from primary dysmenorrhoea with scanty or avverage amount of menstrual flow in regular menstrual cycle patient suffering from kashtartava for more than two consecutive cycle.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patient with any identifiable pelvic pathology and menstrual irregularities patient using IUD or Oral contraceptive pills patient with chronic general illness like TB,HTN,DM
