Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age group >18 years Height more than 150cm Patients who are intubated with portex suction aid ET tube of size 7 to 8.5
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Abnormal airway or chest anatomy Severe neck trauma Oropharyngeal pathology e.g. haematoma, abscess, tumour etc. Pregnancy Refusal to consent
