Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged between 10-60 years Patients of both sexes Clinico-radiologically suspected cases of TPE

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe chronic systemic disorders Patients aged below 10 years & above 60 years Pregnant & lactating ladies Patients with hormonal disorders & malignancies Patients with other chronic & infective disorders of respiratory system like tuberculosis, pneumonitis (major Pulmonary disorders)
