Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects having physiological gingival hyperpigmentation [score 2 and score 3 of Dummett-Gupta Oral Pigmentation Index (DOPI) 1964)]. 2. Systemically healthy individuals with aesthetic concern.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Subjects taking medications which may cause gingival melanin hyperpigmentation. 2.Smokers, drug addicts or Alcoholics. 3.Subjects with autoimmune or endocrine disorders. 4.Pregnant and lactating mothers.
