Inclusion criteria: Patient having the symptoms of Vataj pratishyaya

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patient having chronic debiliating disease like DM,HTN,TB,chronic sinusitis,Nasal polypus Cases whicn need surgical interventions Patient having age morethan 18 and 60
