Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: American society of anesthesiologist grade I , II patients undergoing surgery under general anesthesia with classic laryngeal mask airway
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Uncontrolled hypertension ischemic heart disease known allergy to study drug
