Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Newly diagnosed patients with T1Diabetes Autoantibodies positivity Baseline c peptide 0.5 ng/ml Children receiving lansoprazole for dyspeptic symtptoms

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of other autoimmune disease Vitamin D deficiency Patient on vitamin D /other multivitamin supplementation Children with preexisting renal /hepatic disease
