Intervention1: Effect of Shunthiyadi Kwath in mutrashamari: Patients will be given Shunthiyadi Kwath 100 ml Bd before meal for 1 month Control Intervention1: Effect of Ashmarihar Kwath in Mutrashamari

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a) Intermittent pain in back which may radiate to loin or thighs which increase on movements b) Frequent micturition.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Complications related to Kidneys/ Ureter / Bladder like - Acute Renal Failure, Chronic Renal Failure, Polycystic Kidney diseases, Impaired Renal function, etc. b) Patients of Ashmari having systemic diseases like, IHD (Ischemic heart disease), RHD (Rheumatic heart disease), AIDS (Acquired immune deficiency syndrome). c) Other chronic diseases like TB (Tuberculosis) etc will be excluded. d) Pregnant women and lactating mothers & children below age of 15 years will be excluded. e) Patients will be dropped if they develop any complications during the course will also be excluded.
