Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)If patient in any of the three â?? Blood Sugar- Fasting >= 126mg/dl - Postprandial>= 200mg/dl -350mg/dl HbA1c = 10 2)Patient irrespective of any sex, religion, marital status, socio-economic status, occupation etc. 3)Those who are willing to participate in the study after giving the consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Age below 18 and above 60 years. 2)If patient in any of the three â?? Blood Sugar- Fasting Postprandial HbA1c = 10% 3)Malignant and accelerated Hypertension 4)CVS disorder, CNS disorder, GIT disorder, and other Endocrine disease 5)Pregnant women and planning to be pregnant within the period of study 6)Lactating mother 7)Secondary Madhumeha
