Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient with restricted hand motion disturbing quality of life. Pain scale limit- Mild to moderate will be taken into study. Disability Scale limit- Mild to moderate will be considered to study. Systemic Disorder- Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus with symptomatic shoulder.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Disability Scale limit- Severe. Any neurological condition affecting the shoulder. Pain or disorders of cervical spine, elbow, wrist, or hand. Immobilization either via injury or surgery.

MeasureTime frame
To know the possible effects of Homoeopathic Medicine in patients with Adhesive Capsulitis in usual care before and after treatment.Timepoint: 1. Reduce pain and immobility. 2. To improve the quality of life levels and symptomatic changes of the patients before and after treatment.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Reduce pain, immobility, and increase quality of life.Timepoint: 1. First follow-up will be on the 7th day of starting the treatment. 2. Second, follow-up and onward will be after 15 days and according to the need of the patient.
