Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All neonatal IJV cannulation performed by neonatologists from November 2020 to March 2021 will be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: IJV Cannulation not performed by Neonatologist

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Successful cannulation: Correct placement of IJV as viewed on radiograph.Timepoint: At end of cannulation attempt

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1. Number of attempts 2. Complications: Following complications will be recorded- i. Pneumothorax/hemothorax found on radiograph following IJV cannulation and those requiring drainage. ii. Central line associated blood team infection iii. Others such as carotid artery puncture or hematoma formation 3. Duration of central line: Number of days IJV line remained in-situ. Timepoint: During NICU Stay
