Inclusion criteria: COVID 19 cases confirmed by RTPCR Age greater than 18 years of age Informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Infection other than COVID Lung malignancy Chronic obstructive Pulmonary disease Chronic renal failure Malignancy Connective tissue disorders Age greater than 90 years Advanced liver disease
