Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: i.) Histologically confirmed microinvasive breast cancer at TMH. ii.) Records and follow up details available on emr. iii.)Biopsy sample present at TMH.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: i.) Received neoadjuvant chemotherapy ii.) Previously diagnosed with invasive breast cancer iii.) First tumor lumpectomy conducted outside TMH and no access to initial specimen iv.) History of breast cancer in opposite breast.
