Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients free from a systemic or local disease that affects salivary secretions, the caries status will be assessed according to the WHO criteria.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with periodontal disease, hypertension, diabetes, and those on radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Patients with systemic disease of the vital organs. Those with a history of long-term medications.
