Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinically and histopathologically diagnosed Leukoplakia and Oral squamous cell carcinoma patients. 2. Normal tissues collected in extraction socket and flap surgeries with informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with epithelial tissue diseases (Eczema, Psoriasis). 2. Patients with no history of treated or untreated malignancies of any other system. 3. Patients contraindicated for biopsy. 4. Patients with systemic conditions and pregnancy. 5. Patients not interested to participate in the study.
