Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of different occupation within occupational age group (18-60 years) Patients of stage 1 or stage 2 hypertension Patients who are diagnosed hypertensive in last 12 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Secondary hypertension. Patients who are known case of HTN for more than 12 months. Patients suffering from any other mental illness. Pregnant woman and lactating mother. Gestational hypertension.
