Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.cases of Anxiety Disorders (diagnosed with DSM 5) (Generalised anxiety disorders, Panic disorders and others) 1a.fresh cases with no ongoing psychiatric medication 1b.cases with stable ongoing psychiatric treatment but having mental health issue ( not better/partly better with Allopathic Treatment) 2.both sexes 3.age group of 10 and above 4.cases of Anxiety Disorders with mild to moderate physical or mental co-morbidity
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Cases where anxiety is associated with other medical condition which need more and immediate attention in management including uncontrolled Hypertension and Diabetes Mellitus as well as emergency medical situations at the time. 2.cases who recently ( within past 1 month) started allopathic/ayurvedic treatment for common mental disorder
