Inclusion criteria: NEWBORN (0 DAYS TO INFANT (1 MONTH TO <= 1 YEAR), TODDLER (1 TO TO <= 3 YEARS), PRESCHOOL CHILD (3 YEARS TO <= 6 YEARS), SCHOOL-AGE CHILD ( 6 YEARS TO <= 12 YEARS) undergoing surgery with general endotracheal anaesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.REFUSAL TO ENTER INTO STUDY 2.WHERE RAPID SEQUENCE INTUBATION IS REQUIRED
