Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)PLHIV with failure of 3rd Line ART defined as HIV -1 Plasma Viral load > 1000 copies/ml after 6 months of third line ART(Dolutegravir+ Darunavir/ritonavir) as per NACO guidelines) 2)Subjects willing to provide informed consent.
