Intervention1: Steam bath: Preparation and Instruction before taking steam ï?· Avoid meals at least an hour before the procedure ï?· Drink glass of water before and a glass or two after the procedure

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy volunteers with no existing medical conditions. Subjects who are willing to participate in the study after signing the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ï?· Subjects under the influence of any psychoactive substances, sedatives, anxiolytics, anti-depressants and consuming alcohol and nicotine. ï?· Subjects having systemic illness and co-morbidity such as epilepsy, hypertension, diabetes mellitus. ï?· Pyrexia due to any reason ï?· Skin infections ï?· Cardiovascular comorbidities ï?· Female subjects during menstrual cycle will not participate.
