Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Acute and chronic cases with any complaints which have two or more characteristic concomitants as presented in operational definition of concomitant.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cases below the 18 years of age who cannot give answer in terms of scales decided for the outcome measurement.

1) Understanding regarding the change in outcome of reportorial totality with the changing evaluation order of the concomitants. 2) The value of concomitants in arriving the totality. 3) Evolution of guidelines for evaluating the concomitant in formulating the reportorial totality when more than two concomitants are present in a case. 4) The relative value of different types of concomitant in choice of similimum. Timepoint: 2.5 years

1) Understanding regarding the effect of relative value assigned to physical concomitant to physical complaints and physical concomitant to mental complaints in choice of similimum. 2) Understanding regarding the effect of relative value assigned to mental concomitant to mental complaints and mental concomitant to physical complaints in choice of similimum. Timepoint: 2.5 years
