Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals not doing any other type of exercise. Individuals having normal CBC, Blood Pressure, Heart Rate and Pulse Rate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Volunteers age below 18 years and above 35 years. History of active sports training, Athletes. History of Major medical illness such as tuberculosis, hypertension, diabets mellitus, bronchial asthama, cardiovascular disease, etc. History of major surgery in the recent past. Smokers and Alcoholics.
