Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients having length of ICU stay > 72 hours

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients having acute coronary syndrome 2. Patients with acute burn injuries 3. Patients with terminal cancers 4. Patients on mechanical ventilation after elective surgery

To determine the sensitivity, specificity and predictive value for mortality in ICU patients at the end of 15th day by Sequential Organ Failure Assessment (SOFA) score alone and Sequential Organ Failure Assessment (SOFA) score with D-dimer.Timepoint: 0, 2nd, 7th and 15th day after admission in ICU
