Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) The volunteers age between 18-60 years irrespective of their caste and sex etc. 2) Cooperative, obedient volunteers willing to undergo the prescribed therapy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Below age 18 years and above 60years. 2) Volunteers no willing to go for the study. 3) Accelerated hypertension, severe diabetic complications & other chronic systemic disorders. 4) Any carcinoma,tumour & auto-immune disorders. 5) Obesity.
